Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how to request deletion of personal information processed by SixZero.
How to request deletion
Email oisin@perupadel.pt with the subject "SixZero data deletion request". Include the club, account email, phone number, or other details needed to identify the records you want deleted.
What we delete
After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize personal information where legally and operationally possible. This can include account details, contact records, message records, imported player data, and integration metadata.
Retention exceptions
Some information may be retained where needed for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backups, or transactional records. Backup copies are removed according to normal backup retention cycles.
Meta and WhatsApp data
If a WhatsApp or Meta integration is connected, deletion requests may also need to be handled inside Meta Business tools or WhatsApp, depending on where the data is stored. We will assist with SixZero records that we control.
