We collect account details, club and staff contact details, player contact details supplied by clubs, booking and event context, message preferences, consent records, message content, delivery status, and technical logs needed to operate the service.

When a club connects WhatsApp, we process WhatsApp phone numbers, message IDs, templates, inbound and outbound message content, and delivery or failure events through the WhatsApp Business Platform.

How we use information

We use information to provide club communication tools, send service and marketing messages requested by clubs, manage player relationships, keep audit records, prevent abuse, troubleshoot integrations, and improve product reliability.

We do not sell personal information. We only share information with service providers that help us run the product, such as hosting, database, analytics, email, and messaging infrastructure providers.

WhatsApp and Meta

If WhatsApp messaging is enabled, WhatsApp message data is processed using Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. Meta may process this data according to its own business and platform terms.

Clubs are responsible for sending messages only to people they are permitted to contact and for honoring opt-out, unsubscribe, and deletion requests.

Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security records. Clubs may ask us to export, correct, or delete personal information where applicable.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted transport, managed cloud infrastructure, logging, and operational safeguards to protect information. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to keep access limited and appropriate.
