Referral Programme Terms

1. The offer

A referrer can earn €250 for each qualifying new club referred to SixZero through the referrer’s personal link or code. The reward attached to a referral is the offer displayed and recorded when the referred club first joins the waitlist.

Joining the waitlist, starting a trial or using a cancel-any-time monthly plan does not earn a reward. The referred club must enter into a binding SixZero subscription with an initial commitment of at least 12 months. That commitment may be invoiced monthly or paid annually.

The waitlist and referral programme do not guarantee access to SixZero. Private-beta access remains subject to SixZero’s review and onboarding capacity.

2. When a referral qualifies

A referral qualifies only when the referred club is a genuinely new SixZero prospect, used the referrer’s link or code when first joining the waitlist, signs a binding SixZero subscription with an initial term of at least 12 months, pays its first invoice, and remains an active customer in good standing for at least 60 days after the subscription begins.

Payment frequency does not change eligibility: a 12-month commitment paid in monthly instalments can qualify, while a month-to-month or cancel-any-time subscription does not qualify.

A club is not new if it is already a SixZero customer, is already in an active sales or onboarding process, or was in substantive contact with SixZero during the preceding 90 days. SixZero may ask for reasonable information needed to verify a club and the referral.

3. Attribution

Each club can be attributed to one referrer. The first valid referral code recorded when the club initially joins the waitlist controls. Referral attribution cannot be added, transferred or replaced later, except to correct a demonstrable technical error by SixZero.

A referral belongs to the person or business controlling the email address attached to the referral code. A code is personal and must not be sold or transferred.

4. Payment

Once a referral qualifies, SixZero will contact the referrer for payment and tax details. An approved reward will normally be paid in euros within 30 days after SixZero receives complete and accurate payment documentation. Where legally required, a valid invoice or equivalent tax document must be supplied before payment.

The referrer is responsible for declaring and paying taxes connected with the reward. Any stated reward includes all amounts payable by SixZero, except VAT that SixZero is legally required to pay against a valid VAT invoice.

5. Fair-use rules

Self-referrals, referrals between entities under the same beneficial ownership or control, duplicate or fabricated clubs, false identities, collusion, and referrals intended mainly to obtain a reward do not qualify.

Referrers must not send spam, upload or give other people’s contact details to SixZero without permission, impersonate SixZero, make unapproved product or pricing promises, bid on SixZero brand terms in paid search, or use misleading promotion. Share the personal link directly instead of submitting another club’s email.

Anyone promoting SixZero publicly in exchange for a possible reward must clearly and prominently disclose that commercial incentive, for example by saying that they may receive a referral reward.

6. Review and disqualification

SixZero may withhold or reject a reward where these terms are not met, the 12-month agreement is cancelled or rescinded before qualification, a payment is refunded or charged back, the referred subscription is fraudulent, or the referral would breach law or platform policy. SixZero will act reasonably and can request supporting information before making a decision.

7. Changes and ending the programme

SixZero may change or end the programme for future referrals by publishing updated terms. A valid referral already recorded keeps the reward and terms version captured at signup, unless fraud, abuse or a legal requirement applies.

8. Relationship and law

Participation does not create employment, agency, partnership or authority to act for SixZero. These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without affecting mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
