Terms of Service
These terms govern use of SixZero, the AI operator for racket-sports clubs, operated by RAPOSA MAGNETICA, LDA.
Use of the service
Clubs and their staff may use SixZero to manage communications, player relationships, events, campaigns, and WhatsApp messaging. Users must provide accurate account information and must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful or abusive messaging.
Messaging rules
Clubs are responsible for ensuring they have permission to contact recipients and for complying with applicable laws, Meta platform policies, WhatsApp Business terms, and opt-out requests. SixZero may suspend messaging features if they are used for spam, abuse, or policy violations.
Availability
We work to keep SixZero reliable, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, third-party platform issues, or events outside our control. Integrations with Meta, WhatsApp, email, hosting, and other providers are subject to those providers' availability and rules.
Data and privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for granting access only to authorized staff.
